Shipping Policy – Form Ionic™

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Form Ionic™ order will be delivered.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- United States
If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not be able to ship there yet.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.
- During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: [X–Y business days]

These are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight/size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on the Site.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct any return and handling costs from your refund.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may reship it to you (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order seems significantly delayed, please:
- Check the tracking link for the latest updates.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If you still need assistance, contact us at support@formionic.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate. In cases of confirmed loss, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
