Return & Refund Policy – Form Ionic™

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Form Ionic™ products. If you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Returns must be requested within [30 days] from the delivery date.
For hygiene reasons and to protect all customers, we cannot accept returns for items that:
- Show signs of wear, staining, deodorant, sweat, or damage,
- Have been altered, washed, or heavily stretched,
- Were marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@formionic.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible and provide instructions and, where applicable, a return address or label.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
In some regions, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order. We will notify you whether an exchange or a new order is the best option for your case.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may deduct:
- Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product),
- Any customs or duties that cannot be recovered.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number,
- Photos clearly showing the issue.
We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@formionic.com.
7. Gifts & Promotions
- Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotion are still eligible for return, unless stated as Final Sale.
- If a promotional gift was included and you return qualifying items, we may ask you to return the gift or deduct its value from your refund.
